Application Process
- Surface Preparation: Shot blasting to CSP 3–5 profile
- Primer: Low-viscosity epoxy primer for maximum adhesion
- Body Coat: Self-leveling epoxy at 2–4mm
- Topcoat: PU or epoxy topcoat for chemical resistance
- QC: Pull-off adhesion test and thickness check
